Navigate to Profile > My Connections

Here you will see a list of your existing connections

Click New to create a new connection

Here you’ll see ChannelAdvisor, SureDone and Other

To create a connection to ChannelAdvisor, select ChannelAdvisor in the Connection Type dropdown

Use your login information from ChannelAdvisor for Username and Password.

To create a connection to SureDone, select SureDone in the Connection Type dropdown

Use your login information from SureDone for Username and Password.

The Other connection type is for all other connection types, or to create multiple SureDone or ChannelAdvisor connection types. All the fields have been briefly outlined above and any further questions can be answered either at the respective 3rd party’s support page or by chatting with us through the chat bubble on any myFitment page.
