Cancellation policies are part of the terms and conditions of our experiences. These policies set the price that the end customer will have to pay when canceling a reservation depending on the leg they are in.
In cancellation policies you will be able to:
1- Create a name to recognize the cancellation policy and differentiate it from the rest.
2- Create the cancellation brackets where you will establish the % of the total price of the reservation that the client will have to pay depending on how many days in advance he/she cancels the reservation. You will be able to configure the % that the client pays of the total price of the reservation depending on whether he cancels 100 or 10 days in advance.
3 - These policies that we configure from the administration will be visible to the customer in two moments:
When the client books an experience on the screen before making the payment after the selection of services.
When the client wants to cancel a reservation from the section “My reservations”.
4 - We from the administration can keep track of cancellation policies from:
In “Status and payments” section of our client's reservation.
When creating a new experience it will appear in the section “Payments and installments”.
