We started as an agency specialized in snow trips. Eight years ago, three engineers began organizing group trips to Andorra for university students, offering accommodation packages that included ski passes, rentals, lessons, and other services.
The project grew, and from trips of 300 people to the snow, we expanded to taking over 16,000 people per season.
We were clear that we wanted to offer group trips with personalized experiences so that each customer could travel in a group with a different reservation from their companion. That is, within a group of friends, one could choose lessons, basic ski equipment rental, and meals on the slopes, while their companion could opt for slope insurance, rent only a snowboard, and all stay in the same hotel room.
However, organizing and operating snow trips is very complex due to the number of local suppliers involved in designing a package, such as bus companies, accommodation, equipment rental, ski passes, meals, insurance, entertainment, etc.
Additionally, the prices of services like ski passes (the ticket you need to ski at a resort) vary according to different criteria, such as the season (high, mid, or low), the age of the person purchasing the pass, whether they are traveling in a group, or if they have any special discounts.
To address the complexity of organizing and operating snow trips and to offer group trips with a high level of customization, we began developing our own software. A digital platform that provided an easy and intuitive booking flow with a high level of customization for the user, and an administrative part that allowed automating processes with suppliers and seeing the status of reservations in real-time.
As we grew as an agency, the platform developed new functionalities that responded to the real challenges we encountered as custom experience organizers and tour operators.
Today, the platform offers the possibility of centralizing all the necessary functions to prepare, sell, and operate custom group experiences in a single solution, addressing the real challenges of the organizer.
