Can I create more than one experience with a single account?

Publish and manage multiple trips or events at the same time. Quickly find the experience you're looking for using filters and aliases.

As a trip or event organizer, you may need to create multiple experiences at once. At Mygocu, we give you the option to create several, with the possibility of launching them for sale or operating them on different dates.

To keep all your experiences under control, you can access them by logging in to mygocu.com. In the "Upcoming Experiences" section of the administration panel, you will see the closest trips or events, along with their basic details such as main image, experience name, and start and end dates.

From this section, you can directly access and view all details or edit them.


If you are looking for a specific experience, go to the side menu, select "Created Experiences," and all the experiences you've created so far will appear.


You can quickly find the experience you're looking for by entering the alias you chose when creating the experience in the search bar, or by using filters like start date, end date, location, or status. Additionally, you have two different views of your experiences.

From Mygocu, you can place service orders to providers by grouping multiple experiences, making management easier and allowing you to place orders more efficiently.
