1. Commercial Registration
Ask your commercial to register on the website by going to the Profile section and selecting Sign Up.
2. Access the Contacts Module
Log in to your administrator account.
Go to the Contacts section in the main menu.
3. Edit the Commercial's Profile
In the Registered section, locate the commercial who just registered.
Click on the three dots next to their name and select Edit.
In the Contact Type field, assign the Commercial role.
Save the changes.
4. Confirmation for the Commercial
The commercial will know they have access because, upon logging in, they will see a new section called My Travelers in their profile.
5. Sharing Experiences
Commercials can share experiences with their clients in three ways:
From the website landing page: If the experience is public, the commercial will see a button in the top right corner of the experience card. Will be shared just a specific experience.
2. From the My Travelers section: the commercial must log in beforehand and use the Share button enabled for all website experiences (experiences in the home page).
3. If a commercial is sharing a private experience must use "Share"
6. Tracking Clients
All people who access through the links shared by the commercial will be automatically assigned to their profile. The commercial can track these clients in the My Travelers section.
