How to Resend the Plan Administrator Welcome Email

The welcome email is the starting point for every new Plan Administrator in myHSA. It invites them to log in, sign the company Terms and Conditions, and begin managing the plan for their employees. Sometimes, however, a welcome email might get missed, or a Plan Administrator may need a new link. Thankfully, resending the welcome email is easy and can be done right within the platform.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to resend the welcome email to a Plan Administrator:

  1. Navigate to the Clients Tab
    Start by logging into your myHSA account and heading to the "Clients" tab in the main menu.

  2. Select the Company
    Locate and click on the name of the company associated with the Plan Administrator. This will open up the company's profile and provide access to all administrative tools specific to that client.

  3. Go to the Plan Administrator Tab
    Inside the company profile, click on the "Plan Admins" tab. This section displays details for each Plan Administrator associated with the account.

  4. Edit the Plan Administrator’s Profile
    Find the Plan Administrator you wish to resend the email to, then click on the pen icon next to their profile to enter the edit mode.


  5. Locate the Resend Welcome Email Option
    Scroll down to the bottom of the Plan Administrator’s profile. Under "Other Actions," you’ll see the option to Resend Welcome Email. Click this button, and the welcome email will be resent to the Plan Administrator’s email address.


By following these simple steps, you can ensure that every Plan Administrator has the tools they need to access myHSA, review the Terms and Conditions, and effectively manage their plan from day one.
