This article will guide you through locating your plan information, including your benefit period, claim submission deadlines, eligible expenses, and more.
Step 1: Log into Your Employee Dashboard
Access your myHSA account via the app or website using your login credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the Dashboard.
Step 2: Locate Your Plan Overview
On the dashboard, you'll see an option for My Plan Information . Here, you can click the little plus icons next to different sub-items to view your specific plan type (e.g., myFlexplan), benefit period, and dependent coverage information.
Click the Plus Icon next to each item to see the details!
You can also click "See Full Employee Plan Information" which will bring you to a new page with a downloadable PDF!

Step 3: Review Your Eligible Expenses
In your dashboard, the Covered Items section provides a complete list of eligible expenses. You can click the plus icon next to each major category to see what it specifically includes. This shows you items that can be claimed under your HSA, such as dental, extended health, and vision services.
Step 4: Check Your Balance and Submission Deadlines
Your Dashboard and Plan Details also display your current balance and any carryover amounts. You can view the Claim Submission Deadlines to ensure that you submit expenses before the end of the benefit year or any grace period if provided.
