When your clients need their Travel Card for a trip abroad or simply for peace of mind while traveling, it’s good to know how they can access it—or how you can assist.
Advisors and Plan Admins cannot access a travel card not belonging to their persona account through the system - myHSA users can easily access their own Travel Cards directly through their myHSA account. Here’s how:
Mobile App: The Travel Card is available on the app. Employees simply need to log in and navigate to their dashboard to view and print the card.
Desktop Version: Employees can also log in to the desktop version of myHSA, where the Travel Card is accessible from their dashboard.
Encourage employees to print or save a digital copy before traveling to ensure they have all their benefit details on hand.
If an employee is already abroad and unable to access their Travel Card, don’t worry—myHSA support is here to help. Simply reach out to us at support@getmyhsa.com and we can retrieve the employee’s Travel Card and send it to you as their advisor.
