When submitting a claim through myHSA, you don't need to worry about selecting the perfect category for your item or service. If you're unsure which category fits best, just choose one that you think is appropriate. Our adjudicators will review every claim to ensure it's categorized correctly and make any necessary adjustments. We don't deny claims unless they are outright ineligible, we try to make sure the claims get through if we have the information needed!

Steps to Submit a Claim

  1. Log In: Access your myHSA account at myhsaaccess.com

  2. Select a Category: Choose a category that you think matches your item or service.

  3. Submit Your Claim: Provide the necessary details and submit your claim.

  4. We Review: Our adjudicators will review your claim and adjust the category if needed.

What if I completely choose the wrong category?
No problem! Our adjudicators will correct it during their review process. If there is no category for the item, the claim will have to be denied.

Will this delay my claim?
No, the review process is swift and efficient, ensuring timely processing of your claims. Claims are assessed within 1-3 days of submission and are paid out the following Wednesday or Friday after approval (whichever comes first).
