There are two ways to get the myHSA ball rolling:

  1. Partner with your trusted advisor. If you have an advisor, you can reach out to them and mention us. They can set you up!

  2. Reach out to us here! https://www.getmyhsa.com/businesses-sign-up and we'll get you in touch with an advisor.

The Advisor Advantage

Working with an advisor isn't just smart – it means having an expert guiding you through the process. Here's how it goes:

  1. Reach out to your advisor and let them know you're interested in myHSA.

  2. They'll set up a meeting to discuss your company's needs and goals.

  3. Together, you'll choose the perfect myHSA solution for your team.

  4. Your advisor will connect with us to kick off the setup process.

Pro tip: Have your employee demographics and current benefits info ready. It'll make the conversation super smooth!

The Sign up route

Head over to getmyhsa.com and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to our homepage.

  2. Look for the "Get in Touch" button:

  3. Fill out our intake form with your company details.

  4. Hit submit and do a little happy dance – you're on your way! We'll get in touch with an advisor for you.

What you'll need: Contact info, number of employees, and the name of your advisor if you have one. Don't worry if you're not sure about everything – we're here to help if you click the live chat icon in the bottom right hand corner:


What's Next?

Once you've made contact (either through your advisor or our website), our team will:

  1. Reach out within 1-2 business days to say hello and gather any additional info.

  2. Help you and your advisor figure out the best benefits for your company

  3. We'll help your advisor enrol your Plan Admin and employees

  4. If you love what you see (and we think you will), you'll give the green light and everyone will receive their Welcome Email and can start using the platform!

Spreading the Good News to Your Team

Once everything's set up, it's time for the fun part – introducing myHSA to your employees! Here are some tips to get everyone excited:

  • Host a "Benefits" lunch-and-learn session where you can point them in the direction of their Employee Benefits PDF, Handbook, and the mobile App guides!
