NoFulfillmentOrderInformation
Error Message:
FulfillmentOrders not found in the Order
Cause: This error occurs when a Shopify order is missing the necessary fulfillment order details. This can happen if the order is not yet ready for fulfillment in Shopify or if there's an issue with the order's data on the Shopify platform.
Troubleshooting:
Check Order Status in Shopify: Log in to your Shopify admin panel and navigate to the specific order. Ensure the order is in a paid and unfulfilled status.
Verify Location Assignment: Confirm that the products in the order are stockable at a location that is correctly linked to a Logiwa warehouse in your Shopify integration settings.
Retry the Download: After verifying the order in Shopify, manually trigger the Download Orders service again from the Logiwa IO integration screen.
AllDigitalProduct
Error Message:
All products are Digital
Cause: The order contains only digital products. Logiwa IO's integration is designed to download and process orders with physical goods.
Troubleshooting:
Logiwa's Shopify integration recognizes when a product is not flagged with the "This is a physical product" checkbox in Shopify.
The system will not download orders that exclusively contain non-physical items.
For orders with a mix of physical and digital items, only the physical products will be downloaded into the Logiwa shipment order.
If these items are expected to be fulfilled automatically, you should create an automation rule in Shopify to flag digital products as fulfilled.
CustomProducts
Error Message:
The order includes custom products
Cause: The order contains a "Custom Item" that is not recognized as a standard product in Logiwa.
Troubleshooting:
Identify the Custom Product: The error message in the Integration History should specify which product is causing the issue.
Convert to a Standard Product: In Shopify, convert the custom item into a standard, trackable product with a unique SKU.
EmptySKU
Error Message:
The order includes products without an SKU
Cause: One or more products in the Shopify order are missing a SKU. While Logiwa can use a product's title as the SKU if the SKU field is empty, this error occurs if both are missing or if the configuration requires an SKU.
Troubleshooting:
Navigate to Products in Shopify: Log in to your Shopify admin panel and go to the "Products" section.
Edit the Product: Locate the product mentioned in the error log and open its details.
Assign a Unique SKU: Enter a unique SKU in the designated field for the product and each of its variants.,
Save and Retry: Save the changes in Shopify and re-run the Download Orders service in Logiwa.
NonExistingProduct
Error Message:
One or more SKUs in the order were not found in LogiwaIO
Cause: A product SKU from the Shopify order does not exist in your Logiwa product catalog, and the system is not configured to create it automatically.
Troubleshooting:
Check Integration Settings: Navigate to your Shopify store connection settings in Logiwa IO.
Enable Automatic Product Creation: Ensure that the "Download Products" setting is enabled. If it's disabled, you must enable the "Create Nonexistent Products When Orders Are Downloaded" option to allow Logiwa to create new product entries automatically.
Manual Product and Listing Creation: If you prefer not to enable automatic creation, you must manually create the missing product in Logiwa with the same SKU as in Shopify. Then, you need to manually add the Listing using Import Excel on the Product Listings Screen.
Retry Download: After adjusting the settings or creating the product, re-process the order.
NonExistingProductCouldNotCreate
Error Message:
One or more products could not be created in LogiwaIO
Cause: The system attempted to create a product from a Shopify order but failed. This is typically due to missing essential product information in Shopify, such as the product's Title, which Logiwa uses as a fallback for the product name and description if the SKU is missing.
Troubleshooting:
Review Product in Shopify: Go to the product's page in your Shopify admin panel.
Ensure Essential Fields are Filled: Confirm that the product has a Title and a unique SKU.
Save and Sync: Save the product details in Shopify and trigger the order download again in Logiwa.
NoShipmentOrderLine
Error Message:
Line details not found in the Order
Cause: The Shopify order was downloaded, but it contains no line items. This could be due to a data synchronization error or an issue with how the order was created in Shopify.
Troubleshooting:
Examine the Order in Shopify: Open the specific order in your Shopify admin panel.
Verify Line Items: Confirm that the order contains products with quantities in correct locations.
Re-save the Order: Make a minor, non-impactful change to the order (e.g., add and remove a tag) and save it. This can sometimes refresh the order data.
Retry Download: Manually run the Download Orders service in Logiwa again.
NoPendingFulfillmentOrderInLocation
Error Message:
No fulfillment order found with suitable status for fulfillment
Cause: The order exists and is unfulfilled, but Shopify has not marked it as ready for fulfillment at a location linked to your Logiwa warehouse. This can happen if inventory is not available at the assigned Shopify location or the order has a fulfillment status other than "Unfulfilled".
Troubleshooting:
Check Inventory in Shopify: In Shopify, verify that there is available stock for all order items at the location assigned to your Logiwa warehouse.
Check Fulfillment Status: On the order page in Shopify, check the fulfillment status. Ensure it is "Unfulfilled" and ready to be processed.
Verify Location Mapping: In your Logiwa Shopify integration settings, ensure that your Shopify locations are correctly mapped to your Logiwa warehouses.
UnexpectedError
Error Message:
Unexpected Error
Cause: A generic, non-specific error occurred during the order download process. This can be caused by a temporary connection issue, an API timeout, or a rare edge case.
Troubleshooting:
Wait and Retry: Wait a few minutes and trigger the Download Orders service again. The issue may have been temporary.
Contact Support: If the error persists for the same order, contact the Logiwa IO Support Team. Please provide the Order Code, the time the error occurred, and the exact error message to facilitate a quicker resolution.
