Function

The "Inventory by Location" screen provides a detailed view of the inventory across different locations within a warehouse. This screen is essential for efficient inventory management and helps in maintaining accurate stock levels at various storage locations.

Explanation

The report is real-time, reflecting any inventory level changes and stock transfers immediately. The report is based on products, showing stock amounts for each product.

Column Explanations

The report includes the following fields:

  • Client: The client associated with the product.

  • SKU: The stock-keeping unit identifier for the product.

  • Barcode: The barcode of the product.

  • Free Quantity: The quantity of the product that is free and not allocated.

  • UOM Quantity: The quantity of the product in the unit of measure.

  • Free UOM Quantity: The quantity of the product in the unit of measure that is free and not allocated.

  • UOM Pack Type: The pack type of the product in the unit of measure.

  • Product Name: The name of the product.

  • Total Pack Quantity: The total quantity of the product in packs.

  • Inventory Status: The status of the inventory (e.g., available, damaged, allocated).

  • Location: The specific storage location of the product within the warehouse.

  • Pack Type: The type of pack used for the product.

  • LPN: The license plate number associated with the product.

  • Allocated Pack Quantity: The quantity of the product that is allocated in packs.

  • Lot Batch Number: The lot or batch number of the product.

  • Expiry Date: The expiry date of the product.

  • Product Type: The type or classification of the product.

  • Product Group: The group or category to which the product belongs.

  • Warehouse: The warehouse where the product is stored.

  • Damage Reason: The reason for any damage to the product.

  • Mobile Cart: The mobile cart associated with the product, if any.

  • Production Date: The date the product was produced.

  • Receiving Date: The date the product was received in the warehouse.

  • LP Type: The type of license plate used.

  • Image: An image of the product.

  • Location Group: The group to which the storage location belongs.

  • Location Zone: The zone of the storage location.

  • Parent LP: The parent license plate number, if applicable.
    Parent LP Type: The type of the parent license plate.
