Value-added services in the billing module are essential for keeping track of the cost of services to your customers that fall outside the typical billing contract. Thus, defining the type of value-added services is essential for ensuring an accurate bill and maintaining sound finances. Step-by-Step Guide
To begin, navigate to the Data Setup screen.
Select VAS Type from the left sidebar.
Click on Create New VAS Type button.
You can also Update or Delete an existing VAS type from the same screen.
Fill in the VAS Type Name field and set the Status to active (enabled) or passive (disabled), respectively.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to finalize the creation process.
