To use the Logiwa mobile app, you'll want to make sure you have a device with an operating system and version that we support, along with an appropriately sized screen. We supply both Android and IOS apps and distribute them with different methods.
In order to benefit from all the features of the Logiwa application in the best way, we recommend that you always keep your mobile app in the most up-to-date version.

Android
Device Recommendations
The Logiwa mobile app works with a variety of devices. There are thousands of devices that run Android OS, so we can't list all the possible options, but these general recommendations can give you a starting point.
OS: Android OS version 5.1 and up
Screen Dimension: Over 5 inches (12.7 cm)
Recommended Mobile Computers/Scanner Types: Zebra TCx, Honeywell Dolphin CTx, Chainway Cx

How to Download the App
To download the app directly from AppCircle, please follow the steps below.
Visit this link: store.logiwa.com
For the username and password, enter the following information:
Username: live
Password: 8tx@Yk7U1B8&
If you have a Sandbox account and want to use that account, enter the following information instead:
Username: beta
Password: 9N!qr73rU4U&
Select the most recent available app.
Click Install.
Confirm that you want to install the app. You may pass through some additional security steps. As long as you have confirmed you are downloading the app from the link in this article, we recommend bypassing these to make the process smoother.
Click Open to go directly to the installed app.
IOS (Apple)
Device Recommendations
iPhone/iPad: Requires iOS 15.0 or later.
Mac: Requires macOS 12.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later.
How to Download the App
You can directly download the Logiwa IO app via the following Apple App Store link:
If you have a Sandbox account and want to use the Logiwa IO app for your Sandbox account, please see the following steps.
Sandbox App on Apple Devices
To use a Sandbox account with IOS and Mac devices, the app needs to be downloaded from AppCircle instead of the App Store link, and the developer mode must be enabled.
To install the Logiwa IO Mobile App follow the above instructions (similar to the Android).

Enable Developer Mode Directly on an iOS Device
Before following the steps below, first install the Logiwa IO Mobile app on your device, then enable Developer Mode.
Install the Logiwa IO Mobile App following the above instructions.
Once the app is installed on your device, press the app icon. This will open a pop-up asking you to enable Developer Mode. Press OK.
Enable Developer Mode
Go to the Settings app, and navigate to Privacy & Security > Developer Mode.
Enable the toggle. You will receive a prompt from iOS to restart your device. Press Restart.
Restart and Finalize
After the device restarts, unlock your device. A system pop-up should appear. Press Turn On and then, when prompted, enter your device’s passcode.
Developer Mode is now enabled. You can now use the Logiwa IO Mobile App. You can turn off Developer Mode at any time. However, you'll need to repeat this same process to reenable it.
Enable Developer Mode with a Mac
This method can be used if the Developer Mode option is not visible in the settings. Note: Xcode must be installed on the Mac device before following the steps below. This method does not require installing the Logiwa IO Mobile App first.
Connect to a Mac
Connect your iOS device to a Mac using a USB cable. Press Trust on your iOS device when the "Trust This Computer?" alert is prompted.
Open Xcode
Open Xcode, and from the menu bar, navigate to Window > Devices and Simulators. Under Devices, you'll see a warning "Previous preparation error: Developer Mode disabled" with instructions on enabling Developer Mode on the iOS device.
Enable Developer Mode
On the iOS device, open Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode. Enable the toggle. You will receive a prompt from iOS to restart your device. Press Restart.
Restart and Finalize
After the device restarts, unlock your device. A system pop-up should appear. Press Turn On, and enter your device's passcode when prompted.
Developer Mode is now enabled. You can now install and use the Logiwa IO Mobile App. You can turn off Developer Mode at any time. However, you'll need to repeat this same process to reenable it.
Enable Developer Mode via TenorShare ICareFone
Download and Install ICareFone
Go to TenorShare ICareFone.
Download the appropriate free version for your operating system (MacOS/Windows).
Connect iOS Device
Install the downloaded program and then connect your iOS device to the computer via cable.
Activate Developer Mode
Click on Developer Mode and then select Open.
Developer Mode will now appear in the Privacy & Security section of your iOS device.
