What’s New/Improved

  • The auto-shipment feature has been added! A new action called Use Auto-Shipment (Only for Ready to Ship Orders) has been added to the Workflow screen. By using this action, the orders that meet the workflow conditions will be flagged in the Shipment Order screen once they are ready to be shipped. Within 15 minutes, the flagged orders will be shipped automatically.

  • Users will be able to change inventory attributes such as lot number, expiry date, and damage reason by clicking on the Change Attributes button on the Inventory By Location screen.

  • Only 1 Lot Number and Only 1 Expiry Date parameters in the location setup are now being used in the Picking screens. Now, the user can skip expiry date/lot number scanning for the products if the Source Location (Pick From Location) has these parameters enabled.

  • The inventory Status field revealing whether or not a location is empty has been added to the export Excel in the Locations screen.

  • The column sequence of the Excel templates for bulk import and bulk update in the Locations screen has been updated. Now, it is aligned with the column sequence in the UI.

  • The performance of the bulk LP creation process has been improved.

  • Workflows now run for shipment orders that are created as bulk by using the Excel import function. After this addition, workflows are available for the orders that are created via an Excel file, Open API, Store connections, and manual order creation via the Shipment Order screen.

  • All carrier & shipment-related workflow actions are gathered under a single action named “Set Shipment Instructions”. By using this single action, all shipment-related executions can be managed. As a result of this development, shipment-related actions (that are listed individually) are removed from the workflow structure.

  • Missing columns in Carrier Shipment Details Excel Export (such as Shipment Date, Rate, etc.) have been added.

  • Change Log Feature adapted to Putaway Algorithm. Now, all changes on the putaway algorithms can be monitored with the change log.

  • The performance of the Inventory By Location Report has been improved.

What's Fixed

  • The projection of the failure message in Wave Rules for Replenishment has been fixed. In the past, even if a wave rule failed, a success message used to be displayed.

  • Shipment packages with the “Use All Clients” access setting have an issue with client access for recently created clients. This issue has been resolved.

  • The issue about the job status of the count has been fixed. Now, when the count process is completed, the job status turns to Completed.

  • The issue in allocation for the orders that cannot be allocated fully from the same rule in the allocation algorithm has been fixed.

  • The issue about some of the Ready to Pack orders not being displayed in List and Select on Packing Screen has been fixed.

  • The issue about the Weight field not being filled out automatically in the Packing screen has been fixed. The problem was related to the weight field’s character limit and it was causing problems for the orders that had over 1,000,000 ounces per package.
