What’s New/Improved

  • The Screen Configuration feature has been added under Settings! Screen Configuration will allow the users to:

    • create their own rules for the selected screen,

    • change the screen design,

    • mandate some actions to the users.

Currently, the screen configuration is only available for the Mobile Receiving screen. Learn More

  • You are now able to bulk import the product capacities of the locations via Excel.

  • Users will be able to add a grouping function to job types. Separate jobs will be created according to the selected grouping function. For example, if the user selects a client, client-based jobs will be created. Priority can also be determined for location zone and area type. Allocation will be tried on the basis of this order and the jobs will be grouped.

  • Users will be able to set a time period for wave rules. With this function, waves can be triggered every 30 minutes or 1 hour.

  • A new Create Label Screen design has been implemented, which provides better user experience

    • Categorizing shipment orders has reduced screen’s complexity into two categories, the ones with & without labels, so we expect our users to have a better understanding of the screen & process

    • The screen is now more interactive, selected shipment order’s carrier, shipping service and other details can be instantly seen on the left side of the screen.

    • Void (cancel) label functionality has been added to this screen, now labels can be canceled for orders placed in the “Labels” tab.

  • A new toggle is added to the Purchase Order Type section (Under data setup) as Allow Empty Purchase Order which allows users to create purchase orders without containing any products.

  • A new parameter is added to the Job Type screen as Auto-Complete Picking Tasks. When this parameter is enabled, the picking tasks will be automatically completed (without Mobile picking operations) for the jobs created with this job type. You can use this parameter if you do paper-based picking.

  • A new control has been added to the Pick to Location screen that prevents the user from scanning the Source Location of the picking task as the Pick To location.

  • The location that has been entered/scanned in the Pick To field is now shown in the Job header in the Pick to Location screen.

  • LP Count in Location has been added to the Order by method in the putaway algorithm. This option checks the total number of LPs in the locations and suggests a location by checking the LP counts ascending/descending.

  • A new job types screen has been released. Now users can select a job type from the templates and the screen will come with the selected job’s configurations.

    • With the new job types screen, a new job type template has been implemented: Single SKU Cluster Pick where the user will use Pick and Sort screen and a mobile cart. Instead of every tote containing an order, with Single SKU Cluster Pick, each SKU will be picked into a tote (so each tote can contain multiple orders with the same SKU).

  • The Total Inventory Report will now show the consolidated inventories of all warehouses as default. If you want to filter a specific warehouse and see the consolidated inventories of that location, you can use the Warehouse filter for it.

  • Change Log feature adapted to Allocation Algorithm screen. Now, all changes in the allocation algorithms can be monitored with the change log.

  • A new Date Time Picker component has been used on all screen filters. Now, you can filter the data by dates with ease.

  • A new Status column has been added to the Wave Rules screen. There are two statuses:

    • Pending: The selected wave rule is not actively allocating.

    • Running: The selected wave rule is actively allocating orders and creating jobs.

  • New Status and Message columns have been added to the Wave Log Report screen.

    • Status:

      • In Progress: Job Creation started, but not finished yet

      • Pending: Jobs are created by Logiwa, but none of the jobs has been picked yet

      • Started: Once the first job in the wave is started, the wave status becomes Started.

      • Completed: All jobs are completed in the wave.

      • Failed: Another Wave Rule was still allocating so this wave has failed to allocate orders

    • Message:

      • Shows the reason why the wave has failed

  • LP information has been added to the result grid of the putaway algorithm screen, specifically to the Test Algorithm and Test Rule grids.

  • A new popup/icon for showing the Internet Connection Loss and Slowness issues to the users has been added to the Mobile application.
