Load Orders to Shipment Ramp (Mobile)

How to load orders of LPs or parent LPs using a shipment plan.

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Logiwa mobile app to efficiently load orders, LPs, or Parent LPs in a shipment plan. By following these instructions, you can streamline the order loading process, saving time and ensuring accurate fulfillment.

Please note that orders being loaded must have the Loading task assigned to them under Job Status.


Step-by-Step Guide

  • To begin, select Loading from the mobile Home screen.

  • Scan or enter the Shipment Plan Code.

  • Scan or enter the code for the Shipment Ramp where the order is being loaded.

  • One by one, scan or enter the Parent LP or LP being loaded.

  • A confirmation message will appear for each successful completion.

  • If any part of the order needs to be unloaded, click the 3-Dot menu next to the Load button to access the Unload option.

  • Scan or enter the Parent LP or LP being unloaded, then select an alternate location/shipment plan to transfer the LP to.

  • Click Transfer to complete the process.

  • When finished, a confirmation message will display with a summary.

  • From here, you can return to Home or click Load New Shipment Plan to continue loading with shipment plans.
