In Logiwa IO, Job Management screen provides a comprehensive overview and management of all jobs created within your warehouse system, allowing you to assign, unassign, and cancel jobs efficiently. This screen ensures streamlined operations by tracking job status, assignee details, and task progress.

Column Explanations for Job Management Grid

Column Name

Description

Warehouse

Displays the name of the warehouse where the job is created.

Wave No

Indicates the wave number associated with the job.

(This column can be empty if the job is manually created)

Rule Name

Shows the name of the Wave Rule applied to the job.

Job Code

Unique code for each job.

Job Type

Shows the Job Type of the job code.

AI Job Description

Provides the original job type name used in Allocation for AI optimized jobs.

Status

Current status of the job

  • Pending - means that none of the tasks has been executed yet

  • In Progress - means that there are some executed tasks in the job code

  • Completed - means that all tasks in the job code has been executed

  • Canceled - means that the job is canceled and all "Pending" tasks became "Canceled"

Priority

Priority level assigned to the job.

Operation Type

Type of operation the job is associated with (e.g., Picking, Count, etc.).

Assignee

The user or team assigned to the job.

Order Count

The number of orders included in the job.

Product Count

The total number of products involved in the job.

Number of Tasks

The total number of tasks that make up the job.

Pending Tasks

The number of tasks that are yet to be completed. (Tasks in Pending status)

Completed Tasks

The number of tasks that have been completed. (Tasks in Completed status)

Actual Start Date

The actual date and time when the job started.

Actual Finish Date

The actual date and time when the job was completed.

Created Date

The date and time when the job was created.

Created By User

The user who created the job.

Pending Picking Tasks

The number of picking tasks that are in Pending status.

Pending Packing Tasks

The number of packing tasks that are in Pending status.

Mobile Cart

Indicates if a mobile cart is being used for the job.

Picking Zone

The specific zone within the warehouse where the picking tasks are to be performed.

Start Date

Planned start date for the job.

It is being assigned by calculating (Job Creation Time) + 1 hour.

End Date

Planned end date for the job.

It is being assigned by calculating (Job Start Date) + 1 hour.

Number of Locations

The number of locations involved in the job.

Number of SKUs

The total number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) included in the job.

Label Status

Number of the labels printed for the job.

Pick List Status

Status of the pick list associated with the job.

The Job Management screen includes several operational buttons as well to manage job assignments efficiently.

Cancel Job

  • The purpose of this button is to cancel a job that is either Pending or Started status.

  • This operation can be done in bulk but limited to a maximum of 10 jobs at a time.

  • Functionality:

    1. Click the Cancel Job button.

    2. The job status is changed to Canceled.

    3. All pending tasks associated with the job are canceled.

    4. If the job is a picking job, allocations for all orders in the job are also canceled.

Assign / Unassign Buttons

  • Assign Button Functionality:

    1. Click the Assign button.

    2. A drawer appears, displaying a list of users.

    3. Select a user from the list.

    4. Once a user is selected, the job code is assigned to that user.

    5. The assigned user's name will be displayed in the Assignee column.

    6. On the mobile screens, the job code will no longer appear in the general job pool. Instead, it will only be visible in the assigned user's job list.

  • Unassign Button Functionality:

    1. Click the Unassign button.

    2. The job is unassigned from the current user.

    3. The Assignee column will be updated to reflect that no user is assigned to the job.

    4. The job code will return to the general job pool and will be visible to all users on the mobile screens.
