Adding a Teammate or User to Your MRP Account

Overview You can share your seller data and reports with teammates, clients, or other users by adding them to your paid MRP account.

Steps to Add a Teammate or User

  1. Ask the person to register an MRP account
    They can sign up at http://myrealprofit.com/register. There is no need to link your Amazon account or take any additional steps.

  2. Send us an access request
    The request must be sent from the admin user’s MRP email address (the one that originally connected the seller in MRP). Email support@myrealprofit.com with:

    • The email address of the teammate/client/user you want to add

    • The seller name(s) you want to share with them

  3. (Optional) CC the new user
    If you CC them in your request, they will receive the confirmation email directly.

  4. Wait for confirmation
    Our team will confirm by email once access has been granted.
