Adding a Teammate or User to Your MRP Account

You can share access to your seller data and reports with teammates, clients, accountants, or other users directly from your MRP account using the User Permissions tool. This feature is available for paid MRP accounts only.

Before You Start

The user you want to add must first create an MRP account. They can register at http://myrealprofit.com/register

There is no need for them to connect an Amazon account or complete any additional setup.

Step 1: Open User Permissions

In the left navigation menu, go to Account → User Permissions

You can find this section near the bottom of the menu under the Account category.



Step 2: Click "Add User"

Click the + Add user button in the top-right corner of the User Permissions page.

Step 3: Enter User Details

In the Add user window:

  1. Enter the email address of the registered MRP user.

  2. Select the seller account(s) you want to share with them.

  3. Click Add to submit the request.

Step 4: Wait for Approval

Your request will be sent to the MRP team for review and processing. Access is not granted immediately, requests are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

After submitting a request, the user will appear in the User Permissions list. Expand the user record to view the status for each shared seller account.



Important Notes

  • Only paid MRP subscriptions are eligible to share seller access.

  • The user being added must already have an MRP account.

  • Seller access is reviewed and granted by the MRP team.

  • Requests are processed during business days (Monday–Friday).

  • You can share one or multiple seller accounts with the same user during the request process.
