To create a map feature that is associated to a map layer, you must be either a Contributor, Reporter, Editor, Authorised or Full Access user.
To create a map layer:
Navigate to "Map View" within the main menu.
Select the "Map Layers" button on the left-hand menu.
Select the "Map Layer" you wish to add the feature to.
Select the "add new feature" button.
Fill in the feature details, including "Name" and "Description". Then either draw or click on the map for the feature you wish to create.
