To reorder your map layers:
Navigate to "Map View" within the main menu.
Select the "Map Layers" button on the left-hand menu.
Select the "Reorder Map Layers" button.
Drag and drop the layers into order using the three-line icon on the left of the layer names. If a long list of layers exist, you can use the up and down arrows to shift them to the start or end of the list.
