To add a new Timesheet entry:
Click on the Quick Add menu (+) in the top right corner of the Trev dashboard or in the bottom right hand corner if you are using the app
Select Timesheets
Select the Farm, Date , and Name. If you have 'Submitter' user permissions then you will only be able to create a Timesheet entry for yourself.
Add a Start and End time for Shift 1
Add Break time/s if applicable
Add another Shift if applicable
Enter any Notes, References or add any Attachments if necessary.
Once you’re happy with the Timesheet entry, click Submit. Or if you have Approver user permissions then you can Approve the Timesheet straight away.
If you need to edit/delete a Timesheet you've already submitted, follow these steps:
Click on the menu icon (the three lines) in the top left corner of the dashboard
Select Analytics from the menu
Scroll down to Detailed Reports and Select Timesheets.
Locate the Timesheet entry that you want to edit and click the view button (blue eye) on the right-hand side the entry.
A detailed view of the entry will pop up on the right-hand side, click the edit button.
Edit the Timesheet as necessary then Save changes. Or click the red trash can symbol on the bottom left of the event card to delete.
