Control the global settings that shape how your organization works in Narify.

This section is only available to Admins and Ghost users. It’s where you set the foundation for AI behavior, team collaboration, and publishing flow across your entire organization.

Configure organization settings

Go to Settings > Organization

Each setting here applies across your entire workspace and impacts all users.

  • Review flow

Enable this to require team members to send posts for review before publishing. This helps maintain quality standards and gives team leaders or admins time to provide final approvals.

  • Time zone settings

Set your default organizational time zone. This ensures deadlines, review flows, and publishing times align with your region.

Example: If your company operates across different countries, setting a shared default time zone avoids confusion in collaboration and scheduling.

  • Main LinkedIn business page

Link your main company page to streamline publishing and analytics.

This will be the default page your organization uses when publishing branded content.

Note: Users still need appropriate LinkedIn roles (like Super Admin or Content Creator) to publish on behalf of the page.

  • AI template

Choose the default AI template for the entire organization.

The selected template influences all AI-generated content — from tone of voice to industry context and persona relevance.

Tip: You can still assign different templates for specific teams or business pages later.

  • Delete organization (Use with caution)

At the bottom of this page, you’ll find the option to permanently delete your organization from Narify. This action is irreversible and should only be used in rare cases (like rebranding or merging accounts).
