If you cannot sign in to your Nearo account, you can set a new password from the Nearo sign-in page in your browser.
The Nearo desktop app has no password reset link, so reset your password in your browser and then sign in to the app with the new password.
How to reset your password
To reset your Nearo password:
Open the Nearo sign-in page and click Forgot your password?, which is on the same line as the Password label, at the right end, just above the password box.
Enter your email address and click Send Email.
Open the email titled "Reset your Nearo password" and click Reset Password.
Enter your new password in both fields and click Reset password.
Click Return to login, then sign in with your email address and new password.
The reset link works once and expires after 30 minutes. If it has expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.
Resetting your password signs you out of Nearo everywhere. Every browser and the Nearo desktop app asks for your new password the next time you open it.
If the reset email does not arrive
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered your email address exactly as it was used to create your account. The page shows the same confirmation whether or not the address matches an account.
Request the email again from the sign-in page.
