Nearo is officially supported on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
For the best experience, we recommend using one of these supported browsers and keeping it updated. Browser updates are important because they help improve security, fix bugs, and make sure websites like Nearo run as smoothly and reliably as possible.

Download Google Chrome on a Mac or Windows PC
Chrome is already installed on Chromebooks, so you do not need to download it on a Chromebook.
To download Chrome on a Mac or Windows PC:
Open your current web browser.
Go to google.com/chrome.
Select Download Chrome.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
When installation is complete, open Google Chrome.
Go to Nearo and sign in.
Update Google Chrome on a Mac or Windows PC
Chrome usually updates automatically, but you can check manually.
Open Google Chrome.
Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Help.
Select About Google Chrome.
Wait while Chrome checks for updates.
If an update is available, select Relaunch.
If you do not see Relaunch, Chrome is already up to date.
Update Google Chrome on a Chromebook
On a Chromebook, Chrome is updated through ChromeOS.
Connect your Chromebook to the internet.
Select the time in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Select Settings.
Select About ChromeOS.
Under Google ChromeOS, select Check for updates.
If an update is available, wait for it to download.
Select Restart to finish the update.
If Check for updates is not available, your Chromebook may already be up to date.
Update Safari on a Mac
Safari is updated through macOS updates.
Select the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select System Settings.
Select General.
Select Software Update.
Install any available macOS updates.
After your Mac updates, Safari will also be updated if a newer version is available for your device.
Update Microsoft Edge on a Windows PC
Microsoft Edge comes pre-installed on Windows PCs and usually updates automatically, but you can check manually.
Open Microsoft Edge.
Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Help and feedback.
Select About Microsoft Edge.
Wait while Edge checks for updates.
If an update is available, select Restart.
If you do not see a restart option, Edge is already up to date.
