2. Create a New List

  • Ensure you have at least one list to upload contacts. Click 'Add List', enter a name for the list, and create it.

3. Initiate Upload Process

  • Click the 'Upload' button, select the list you created, check the box next to it, and click 'Next'.

4. Prepare Contact Data

  • Ensure your CSV file includes at least the first name, last name, and phone number. Additional fields like email and job title are optional.

5. Upload CSV File

  • Drag and drop your CSV file into the uploader or click to select the file from your computer.

6. Map Fields Correctly

  • Verify that the fields in your CSV file are correctly mapped to the corresponding fields in the uploader.

7. Review and Fix Data

  • Click 'Review Data'. If there are formatting errors, use the 'Fix All Formatting Errors' option to correct them.

8. Submit Contact Upload

  • After ensuring all data is correct, click 'Submit' to upload your contacts to the selected list.

9. Manage Upload Limits

  • If uploading more contacts, ensure to split them into batches of 10,000 or less to avoid duplication.

Cautionary Notes

  • Always ensure that the required fields (first name, last name, phone number) are filled out in the CSV file before uploading.

  • Be cautious of the upload limit; exceeding 10,000 contacts in a single upload may lead to errors or data duplication.

  • Ensure that all phone numbers include the country code (E.g. +1)

Tips for Efficiency

  • Prepare your CSV file in advance, ensuring all necessary fields are included and formatted correctly.

  • Use the 'Fix All Formatting Errors' feature to save time on manual corrections.
