How to white-label Nedzo AI with your branding

This is how you can White-Label your Nedzo AI account:

Key Steps

  1. Access Settings

    • Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the screen.

    • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  2. Navigate to White-Label Settings

    • In the settings menu, locate and click on "White-Label Settings."

    • Note: Access to these settings is available only for users on the Agency VIP plan or above.

  3. Upload Branding Elements

    • Upload Icon:

      • Click on the icon upload section.

      • Select and upload your company logo or desired branding image.

      • Ensure the file size is less than 1 MB.

    • Set White Label Name:

      • Enter your company name in the "White Label Name" field.

      • This name will be displayed in notifications and login portals.

    • Customize White Label URL:

      • In the "White Label URL" section, enter your desired URL (e.g., app.mycompany.com).

      • Follow the instructions to add an A record to your DNS settings:

        • Access your DNS settings via your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Domains).

        • Create a new A record and point it to the specified value.

        • Save the changes.

  4. Verify Changes

    • After saving, ensure that the new branded URL redirects correctly to your customized page.

    • Check that email notifications display your branding and company name.

  5. Update Webhooks

    • Navigate to the "Integrations" section.

    • Access "Webhooks" and verify that all webhooks now reflect your branded URL (e.g., app.mycompany.com).

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that the logo file is under 1 MB to avoid upload errors.

  • Confirm that you have the necessary permissions (Agency VIP plan or above) to access white-label settings.

  • Be careful when modifying DNS settings; incorrect entries can disrupt website functionality.
