Key Steps
Access Settings
Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to White-Label Settings
In the settings menu, locate and click on "White-Label Settings."
Note: Access to these settings is available only for users on the Agency VIP plan or above.
Upload Branding Elements
Upload Icon:
Click on the icon upload section.
Select and upload your company logo or desired branding image.
Ensure the file size is less than 1 MB.
Set White Label Name:
Enter your company name in the "White Label Name" field.
This name will be displayed in notifications and login portals.
Customize White Label URL:
In the "White Label URL" section, enter your desired URL (e.g., app.mycompany.com).
Follow the instructions to add an A record to your DNS settings:
Access your DNS settings via your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Domains).
Create a new A record and point it to the specified value.
Save the changes.
Verify Changes
After saving, ensure that the new branded URL redirects correctly to your customized page.
Check that email notifications display your branding and company name.
Update Webhooks
Navigate to the "Integrations" section.
Access "Webhooks" and verify that all webhooks now reflect your branded URL (e.g., app.mycompany.com).
