1. Accessing Support
In the bottom-right corner of the platform, you’ll find our Chat Support. Click it anytime you need assistance or have questions.
2. Account Information
At the top of the screen, you’ll see your account name and the amount of minutes you have left.
Click your profile picture to access important settings:
Account Settings: Update your details.
Integrations: Connect with your CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, Pipedrive).
Billing: Manage payments and view transactions.
Log Out: Exit your account when you’re done.
3. Navigating the Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you an overview of your AI call center’s activity. Here, you can monitor performance, make data-driven decisions, and troubleshoot any issues.
4. Creating Agents
Go to the Agents section where you can create inbound or outbound agents.
Nedzo’s agents support advanced functionalities such as automated voice calls for cold calling and follow-ups, enabling streamlined lead management.
Currently, you can choose from Appointment Setter, Live Transfer, or General Assistant agents.
Customize your agent’s language, voice, and prompts to suit your needs.
5. Managing Contacts
In the Contacts section, create a List (a container for your contacts). Once you have a list, add contacts to it.
Leads can be imported in formats such as CSV, XLS, or XLSX to ensure compatibility and ease of integration.
Import contacts in two ways:
Manually via CSV file.
Automatically via webhook from your CRM.
6. Launching Campaigns
In the Campaigns section, you can start dialing by connecting an agent to a contact list.
Users can define call schedules including days, times, and durations that suit their needs and preferences.
Click New Campaign, agree to the terms, name your campaign, and set the maximum threshold (a safety limit to avoid overspending).
Link the campaign to a contact list and set the local calling hours. Once you’re happy, hit Finish to launch!
7. Reviewing Call Recordings
Visit the Recordings section to see all call outcomes and listen to specific recordings.
Click the Zoom icon next to any recording to view its details, transcript, and contact info.
All recordings can be synchronized with your CRM for seamless tracking.
Clarification on Lead Generation Services
While Nedzo excels in organizing and managing your leads, it does not provide direct lead generation services. Consider exploring platforms like Apollo or Instantly for lead generation. Once leads are acquired, Nedzo integrates them seamlessly for effective management.
