This training artile the steps to create, manage, and analyze flows within the Nedzo AI platform, ensuring efficient automation of pre, during, and post-call actions.

Key Steps

Accessing the Flow Section 0:12

  • Navigate to the top bar of the NetZo AI interface.

  • Click on the 'Flow' section to access flow management.

Understanding Flow Features 0:30

  • Note that the 'Flows' feature is available for Agency plans and above.

  • Familiarize yourself with the following sections:

    • Runs: Analyze every instance a flow was executed.

    • Issues: Identify and address any errors or failures in flows.

Creating Folders for Organization 1:32

  • In the left section, create folders to organize your flows.

  • Name the folder appropriately for easy identification.

  • Move flows into specific folders to maintain organization.

Searching and Filtering Flows 2:05

  • Use the search bar to quickly find flows by name.

  • Filter flows by status (enabled/disabled) or by connection type.

Creating a New Flow 2:38

  • Click on the arrow next to the 'Create' button.

  • Choose to either:

    • Create from Scratch: Build a flow from the ground up.

    • Use a Template: Select a pre-built template for quick setup.

  • Flows can connect NetZo with various tools (CRMs, invoicing systems, etc.) and handle dynamic information.
