Settings - Creating Rebilling Plans

This article outlines the steps to create a rebilling plan in the settings of the platform, ensuring that team members can easily follow the process to set up different pricing plans for customers.

Step 1: Access White Label Settings 0:00

  • Navigate to the Settings section.

  • Select White Label Settings.

Step 2: Create a New Rebilling Plan 0:07

  • Click on Create Rebilling Plan.

Step 3: Name the Plan 0:17

  • Enter a name for the plan (e.g., Pay As You Go).

Step 4: Add a Description 0:35

  • Provide a brief description of the plan (e.g., For small businesses, or to get started).

  • Decide if you want to include a set amount of minutes.

  • Set the Price per Month (e.g., $0 for Pay As You Go).
