- Copy of valid ID (passport or similar) 
- Order or transaction reference 
- Date of purchase 
- Type of product purchased 
- Detailed case description (minimum 500 words) 
- Screenshots and any relevant files 
Once received, our Customer Care team will review your complaint and reply with a resolution or request additional details.
