Assessment Service:
Our service team provides an assessment service to help identify the parts needed to repair your lamp if you are unsure how to determine this yourself.
The assessment service is charged as follows:
Free of charge for products under warranty.
$15 per lamp/product for items out of warranty.
Please note that parts and labour costs for any required repairs are additional unless covered under warranty. After the assessment, a detailed quotation will be provided for your approval before any work is carried out.
