As standard, NEOZ offers DAP (Delivered at Place) freight, which means local taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost. However, there are some exceptions:
Orders placed through our website at neoz.com, uk.neoz.com or fr.neoz.com for delivery to the United Kingdom or France are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all local taxes and duties are already included in the product price, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
If you’d like DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for deliveries to other countries, just let us know. This option includes all relevant local taxes and duties in the shipping cost, making delivery as seamless as possible.
Tariffs: Please note that our pricing does not include any applicable tariffs regardless of whether DAP or DDP is selected. In some countries, tariffs may be payable in addition to local duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
