'Optimized Ask' is now live and enabled by default for all Network for Good customers (excluding 'Fundraising Pages' only customers). This feature uses Bonterra’s AI DonorTrends models to personalize donation amounts based on each donor's giving history, aiming to increase conversion rates and gift sizes.

Important Notes
Personalized amounts appear only for donors with sufficient giving history data.
Administrators cannot preview a donor's ask amounts.
