Need some additional help? Our Support team is available on weekdays (Monday - Friday), 9am-7pm Eastern Time for any questions or concerns you might have!

Here's how to get in touch with our team: 

  1.  Send us an in-app message. Click the blue dot in the bottom right corner of Donor Management (or Fundraising Pages!) to send us a question using the in-app messaging tool. This is the quickest way to get in touch with support, with members of the team typically replying within the hour.

    To send us a message, click "new conversation," or select "see previous" to review past conversations you've had with our Support team.

  2. Sign up for one of our virtual training. We have pre-recorded and live sessions to help you get started with your software or do in-depth on specific features, and we always leave time for Q&A at the end of each session.

  3. Attend Office Hours. Have a more involved question about your Bonterra software? Sign up for a daily office hours session to get answers, and hear from other customers in a group support setting.

    Please note - our team is unable to "remote" into your account or share our screens, due to security protocols.

  4. Send us an email. You can always send our team an email at success@networkforgood.com. We recommend including your name, the name of your organization, and your EIN when reaching out. We will typically get back to you within 1-2  business days if you choose this option.

  5. Give us a call. You can reach us at 202-800-0467, during our regularly scheduled hours.

    Wait times for phone calls may vary, so unfortunately, a time estimate can't be given.
