Here's how to get in touch with our team:
Send us an in-app message. Click the blue dot in the bottom right corner of Donor Management (or Fundraising Pages!) to send us a question using the in-app messaging tool. This is the quickest way to get in touch with support, with members of the team typically replying within the hour.
To send us a message, click "new conversation," or select "see previous" to review past conversations you've had with our Support team.
Sign up for one of our virtual training. We have pre-recorded and live sessions to help you get started with your software or do in-depth on specific features, and we always leave time for Q&A at the end of each session.
Attend Office Hours. Have a more involved question about your Bonterra software? Sign up for a daily office hours session to get answers, and hear from other customers in a group support setting.
