For customers using Bonterra Payments as their payment gateway, reconciling your transactions with your bank account deposits just got WAY easier!

You can now find details of your Bonterra Payments payouts in our new "Stripe Payout Reports," which can be located in your Fundraising Pages and Auctions platforms.

Bonterra Payments are powered by Stripe. For more information, please click here.

To access these reports in Fundraising Pages, you can click on the "Reports" tab, and select the "Stripe Payout Report" under the "Donation Reports" heading.

To access these reports in Auctions, you can click on "Settings" from the left-hand navigation, then select "Stripe Payout Report" from the available drop-down options.

Additionally, Bonterra Payments users can now easily see the anticipated payout date for each transaction!

In Fundraising Pages, you can find this information by clicking on the "Details" button next to a specific transaction, and locating where it lists the "Expected Payout Date."

In Auctions, you can find this by clicking on the "Actions" button next to the transaction and selecting "Details" from the drop-down menu and scrolling until you see the "Expected Payout Date."

Stripe Payout Reports and Expected Payout Details are also expected to be available in Donor Management in the near future.
