Updated Capabilities for your Auction's Bidders

We've updated the ability for admins to "check out" an Auction's bidder, if the bidder has a card on file. This is especially helpful for collecting payment on those winning bids that remain unfulfilled once the Auction has closed.

Additionally, if the bidder doesn't have a card on file but can provide credit card information to an admin, admins can still perform the checkout process for that bidder on their behalf.

Admins also now have the ability to enable or disable the option for bidders to cover the transaction fee during checkout. This gives bidders more freedom, and gives them the option to ensure that your organization receives 100% of their intended donation.

Sorting Auction Items by Popularity

We've also added an option within the Auctions platform to allow admins to sort their items by their popularity. Knowing which items are the most popular can help you determine what items you might like to highlight or "showcase" to your bidders throughout the duration of your Auction.

To see which items are the most popular, simply select "Sort By" on the "Items" page, and select the option to sort by "Number of Bids."
