We've added the option for admins to BCC, or "blind carbon copy," themselves on receipts that are automatically added to bidders. This can help admins track, confirm, and potentially re-send receipts to bidders as needed.

The option to set this up can be found on each admin's account settings. You can access this by going to "Settings," then selecting "Admins" from the drop down.

You can add this feature to existing admins by clicking on "Actions" next to the admin's name, and selecting "Edit"; you can also select this option when adding a new admin to Auctions. You should then scroll down until you locate the option for "Order Confirmation BCC Recipient" and confirm that the box is checked.

Admins can now quickly view and create reports on all winning bidders (or non-winners) for their Auction! By following up on bidders who lost, or did not bid, you can boost additional fundraising - even after your Auction has ended.

Located on the "Bidders" page, you can now filter by "Win Status" and select one of the options, such as "won/purchased items," or "bid on items but did not win."
