We've updated the filtering option for pledges within Donor Management, so that when filtering for specific pledges, the exported file would contain only the pledges from that filter.

Admins who want to follow up on overdue pledges can now easily identify and report on that information, without having to do additional sorting.

Previously, exported files containing pledges would contain all pledges within Donor Management, regardless of what filters were applied prior to export.

After August 31st. U.S. phone carriers will begin blocking any unregistered text messages sent via applications (such as Donor Management), in an effort to help reduce fraudulent messages and spam texts.

To accommodate this change, nonprofit organizations who use (or plan to use) the Text Messaging feature in Donor Management will now be able to self-register for a number from directly within the platform. by selecting "Settings" from the left-hand navigation bar, and selecting "Your Organization" from the drop-down options.

Nonprofits will have the option to register a toll-free number at no cost, or a "local" number for an additional fee.

We strongly recommend registering a toll-free number, since it will be available for use almost immediately; registering a local number can take several weeks, as it follows a different external approval process.
