Donors No Longer Required to Login for One-Time Donations
Making a donation just got a LOT easier and a LOT faster for many of our donors!
We understand that donors may have created an account in the past, or set up a previous recurring donation - or even set up a "fundraiser" page - and many folks might not realize that they have an existing account, which has historically caused confusion and friction when they've been required to log in.
We've rolled out a "checkout as guest" option for donors who have an existing account within Network for Good; this will allow donors who are making a one-time donation to complete the checkout process without having to log in.
Pinned Notes on Contact Profiles Now Available!
You asked, and we delivered - admins now have the ability to "pin" an important note at the top of a donor's profile in Donor Management!
This new feature allows you to keep important information about a specific donor at the top of the profile for easier access at-a-glance.
This feature is particularly helpful for time-sensitive or key information that you might need to see right away when looking up one of your donors - such as if someone is moving in the future, or to establish the relationship between individuals in a household.
