Ability to Reactivate Peer-to-Peer Campaigns Added!
Peer-to-Peer campaigns created in Fundraising Pages can now be re-activated if they were accidentally closed without having to contact our Support Team!
You can now select the tab for “Closed Campaigns” in your Fundraising Pages account, and click on the “Edit” option next to the campaign in question. From there, you can easily change the page’s status from “Closed” to “Active”, then click “Save!”
Year-End Resources are Available!
As you start to prepare for Giving Season and your year-end fundraising endeavors, we’ve added some helpful resources we’ve created and compiled right into your platform!
Just click on the “Help” button towards the top-right corner of either Donor Management or Fundraising Pages, and select the option for “Year-End Resources.”
No More Updating Recurring Donations When You Switch Payment Processors!
Are you switching from our standard Network for Good processor to our Quick Pay option? Worried about getting your recurring donors set up again? Not to worry – your donors no longer have to re-create or re-start those recurring donations!
Moving forward, your recurring donations will continue to process on your old payment gateway – no action from your or your donors needed!
