Release Notes - May 2019
Updated this week

New recommended contact filters

We've created some new contact filters to help you gain more insight into donors who have lapsed and renewed (so you can celebrate) or are about to lapse (so you can do some outreach):

  • Renewed donors this calendar year - easily identify donors who lapsed in their giving last year but renewed in the current calendar year. Celebrate these renewed donors (and this is a great number to share with your board)!

  • Renewed donors last calendar year - find donors who lapsed in their giving two years ago but gave in the last calendar year. This is a valuable number to review in Q1 to review those renewed donors from the last year.

  • Donors at risk of lapsing next 30 days - see who is 30 days away from lapsed status and make plans to retain them.

Send email blasts to work email addresses and (new!) secondary email addresses

You can now save a second personal email address on a contact record. This email address doesn't have to be unique (meaning more than one record can share a secondary email address if you'd like).

And, when sending email blasts, if the recipient has a work or secondary email address those inboxes will now receive your email blast in addition to the primary email address inbox.

Acknowledging event ticket purchases

Based on lots of feedback from customers, we've now made it possible to send an acknowledgement for an event ticket purchase just as you would acknowledge a donation.

Ability to save rows in the advanced email designer

This will save customers time when designing their emails. No more having to re-create the same parts of the email blast each time. And as a bonus, you will also now see an option called "Default Rows" which gives you pre-designed rows out of the gate.
