Create Household Donor Reports

Admins within Donor Management can now filter on "total household" donation amounts using our new Contact filters - and export those values using our new, corresponding export fields!

This highly-requested feature now lets admins more easily report on donor activity at the "household" donation level, in addition to the already-available reporting on individual donation levels.

This new reporting should minimize the number of inaccuracies in donor reports moving forward; for example, fewer active household donors will now be included in "lapsed" or "inactive" donor communications.

Easily Navigate to Contacts or Transactions from a Custom Filter

Donor Management users can now click on a contact or transaction from the results of running a custom filter, and then navigate back to the custom filter without losing that filter's results.

Previously, when creating a custom filter that hadn't been saved, if a user clicked on a contact or a transaction within the filter's results and then clicked the option to go "back," the results of the custom filter would be lost and have to be re-created.

Now, clicking the "back" button will take an admin user back to the previous results with the custom filter still applied. In fact, moving forward, the last custom filter will always be retained until the user's session ends or the filter is removed!

Easily Locate Original Donation Date on Soft Credit Records

Thanks to an idea submitted through our Ideas Portal, admins can now easily find the date of the original donation associated with a soft credit directly on the soft credit's record, under the "Contact Profile" page.
