You can now be sure that you're addressing your supporters in the way they want to be addressed; when sending communications from Donor Management, you now have the option to set a "preferred greeting" for an entire household.

When editing a household, you have the option to select an "informal" or "formal" greeting under the "Preferred Greeting" field.

This field can also be used as a merge field in all communications, and can also be exported out as a separate field when generating downloadable reports.
