The only significant decision you have to make for each shipment or batch is: Fast Mode or Precision Mode? This is an easy question to answer, once you understand the difference.
Understanding Fast mode:
Neurolister sets a price for you, based on the pricing logic you set (in the menu). Example: "Price 10 cents lower than the 2nd lowest overall price."
All listing happens on one page.
All you do is scan, and NeuroLister takes care of the rest.
Understanding Precision mode:
For each item you scan, NeuroLister opens the product page.
The page includes embedded pricing and sales data.
You set a price and list.
How do you decide? Part One
The question to ask yourself is:
"How important is the initial price you set when listing?"
If how your item is priced the moment it is listed is really important to you, and you want to be just right, you might choose Precision Mode.
If you run a repricer often and you don't care much about the price when you list, then you might choose Fast Mode.
How do you decide? Part Two
Another way to answer the question:
"Do you run a repricer every day?"
If the answer is yes, then you might prefer Fast Mode. You can price your items generally correctly, and rely on your repricer (hopefully NeuropPrice) to get them just right later.
If you don't run a repricer every day, then the initial price you set is pretty important. You'll probably choose Precision Mode, so you can choose the right price based on all the item attributes (Sales Rank, competing offers, etc).
