Option #1: Reload the shipment in NeuroLister and re-submit to Amazon
Go to your NeuroLister shipment history.
Find the missing shipment.
Click "reload data."
Click "ship FBA" or "Complete MF." This will re-submit your shipment or listings to Amazon.
Option #2: Download the shipment file in NeuroLister and upload to Amazon
Go to your NeuroLister shipment history.
Find the missing shipment.
Click "Get Excel file."
Log in to Amazon Seller Central
Go to Inventory
Click Add Products via Upload
Select the type of file you want to upload
Click Choose File
Find the file you want to upload
Click Upload your Inventory File
