How to sign up
Go to the Sign Up page to create your account. If you are using the mobile app, tap the Sign Up button on the welcome screen
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to verify your email address
Fill out and submit the Getting Started form to finish setting up your account. NextMe uses your answers to automatically configure your settings to match your business type
Log in to your account:
Web: go to web.nextmeapp.com in any browser on any device
iOS: download the NextMe app from the App Store and log in
Android: download the NextMe app from the Google Play Store and log in

Adding team members to your account
If you need to give a colleague access to your NextMe account, do not ask them to sign up independently. Each email address can only be associated with one NextMe account, and if a team member signs up on their own they will create a separate unconnected account rather than joining yours.
To add team members correctly, invite them through your Team Settings page:
Go to Settings - Team
Click Invite User and enter the team member's email address
They will receive an invitation email to join your account
Team member already signed up with their own account? If a colleague created their own NextMe account using their email before being invited, that email is now blocked from being associated with your account. Contact our support team and request that the standalone account be deleted from the backend. Once removed, you can send them an invitation through Team Settings and they will be able to join your account normally.
FAQ
1. I didn't receive a verification email - what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, return to the sign up page and request a new verification email. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
2. Can I use NextMe on my phone?
Yes. NextMe is available as a native app on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store), and also works in any mobile browser at web.nextmeapp.com.
3. Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes. Your NextMe account works across all devices. Log in on the web, iOS, or Android using the same credentials.
4. I signed up but can't log in - what should I try?
Make sure your email is verified - check your inbox for the verification email and click the link. If your email is verified and you still cannot log in, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password.
5. A team member can't be invited - their email says it's already in use
This means they have already created their own NextMe account with that email. Each email can only be associated with one account. Contact our support team and request that the standalone account be deleted from the backend. Once removed, you can invite them through Settings - Team.
6. Does NextMe offer a free trial?
Yes. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started.
