If you're currently on a paid plan, on the Your Plan page you can click Manage Plan then Cancel Plan.

Please keep in mind that if you're a seasonal business or you're not seeing enough guests to justify using NextMe's waitlist software, canceling your plan will automatically downgrade your account to NextME's free Lite Plan which you can use until things pick up again (if you are currently on a free trial, your account will also automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of the 14 day trial period).

Rest assured: canceling your plan does not delete your account - you can always log back in with your existing credentials and reactivate by re-subscribing to plan!

Per our Terms of Use, refunds cannot be made after a subscription auto-renewal payment has been processed, even if you have provided a written notice (unless you are a Custom Plan - if so, please provide written notice to support@nextmeapp.com prior to an upcoming auto-renewal)
