You need to be connected to WiFi or another stable internet source.

See our Network Requirements article for more details. If the connection goes out, you can still access your waitlist and your guests phone numbers, but no new data will be pulled in until your connection is restored. We recommend calling each guest to check in similar to how you would using pen and paper.
