Do you have an iOS or Android app?

NextMe iOS and Android Native Apps are both available on the App Store and Google Play

Updated this week

Yes!

The NextMe 2.0 native apps are available for both iOS and Android (in addition to the web app which you can login to and use on any browser)

Legacy v1 customer? Here's the link to our Legacy iOS app. For abundance of clarity, this is a completely separate app and is only used by original v1 customers who haven't made the transition to NextMe 2.0 yet.

If you've forgotten your password on our Legacy iOS app, please click Forgot Password on the Login page and enter the phone number associated with the business that you used to create the account. You will then receive an email to reset your password in order to login.

If you're interested in exploring the new version, some of the many upgrades include:

  • Native app AND web-based - accessible across any device (desktop, laptop, tablets, iOS/Android app)

  • Multiple waitlist types - create and assign clients to custom queues and accurately manage wait times (i.e. indoor vs outdoor seating)

  • Guest engagement - personalize your clients waiting experience using a custom virtual waiting room

  • Export data - user data including client phone numbers and preferences, on our analytics page

  • Self-service subscription - conveniently manage your plan, billing, and user permissions right from inside the app

Here's a direct link to our website where you can Start For Free on the new web browser version which can be accessed on any device.

Version 1.0 and version 2.0 are completely separate apps - they do not sync with each other.

  • If you've never used 1.0 before, excellent - new 1.0 accounts can no longer be created so keep using 2.0 or go ahead and sign up for a new 2.0 account

  • If you've had a 1.0 account before, tested the 2.0 version and like it - we recommend you pick one lane and move forward with the new version (do not use the old and new versions simultaneously as they don't sync with each other)

  • If you've had a 1.0 account before, tested the 2.0 version and like it BUT you want to maintain historical data from 1.0 onto the new 2.0 version - please continue to use 1.0 until we announce the sunsetting of 1.0, at which point we will migrate the data for you seamlessly.
